The Judiciary Committee has considered:                                                             
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 155                                                                              
    "An Act relating to youth courts and to the recommended use of                                  
    criminal fines to fund the activities of youth courts; and relating to                          
    accounting for criminal fines."                                                                 
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 155(JUD)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to funding for youth courts; and relating to                                   
    separately accounting for fines imposed on and collected from                                   
    defendants."
